Inhaltszusammenfassung:

In der Arbeit werden intersystemische Akteurskonstellationen an Ganztagsschulen analysiert. Es wird untersucht, welche Koordinierungsmechanismen diesen zugrunde liegen und welche Handlungsmotivationen außerschulische Akteur_innen dazu bewegt, sich an Kooperationspartnerschaften an Schulen zu beteiligen. Auf Grundlage der Governance-Forschung und der akteurzentrierten Differenzierungstheorie werden Expert_inneninterviews sechs ausgewählter Schulnetzwerke inhaltsanalytisch ausgewertet.
