Abstract:
The dissertation integrates aspects of the teaching-learning-research and the research of professionalization in the training for adults. As a unifying element, hermeneutic understanding serves advice and support in learning and professionalization of training for adults.
This is based on the following hypothesis: The heremeneutic case reconstruction of the participants of trainings is necessary to can develop an individual teaching- and learning-design. Only then learning counseling, which is oriented on autonomy and resource, can be offered.The use of hermeneutic reconstruction of erpertise on learner also serves the professionalization of training for adults. Respect the methodological research in ways of objectively hermeneutics, a unique case in training for adults is reconstructed. Following this result is checked whether it allows the draft of a specific teaching and learning design.
