Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Bei dieser Dissertationsarbeit handelt es sich um eine retrospektive Studie mit insgesamt 45 Patienten, die in einem Zeitraum vom Jahr 2005 und 2012 einer intrathekalen Morphin- oder Baclofen-Therapie am Universitätsklinikum für Neurochirurgie Tübingen unterzogen wurden. Dabei waren 24 Patienten weiblich und 21 männlich. Das Ziel dieser Studie war eine Analyse der Komplikationen und das Auflisten von verschiedensten Vorteilen der intrathekalen Pumpentherapie. Außerdem untersuchten wir eine kleinere Gruppe von sechs Patienten, die gleichzeitig eine intrathekale Schmerzpumpe und eine Rückenmarksstimulation erhielten.
