In dieser Dissertation wird eine zeitlich und räumlich hochauflösende Einzelatomdetektionsmethode für kalte Atome vorgestellt. Sie ermöglicht es prinzipiell an Quantengasen zeitliche und räumliche Korrelationsmessungen nahezu zerstörungsfrei und in Echtzeit durchzuführen.
