Abstract:

The interactions in a liquid-liquid (LLPS) phase separated solution induced by adding multivalent ions are investigated by different scattering techniques. It is found that the interacitons can be controlled by varying the amount of the added mutlivalent salt and by varying the protein. A theoretical description of this behavior is also shown in this work.
