Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Neutrophile Granulozyten spielen sowohl bei der Sepsis als auch bei der Zystischen Fibrose (CF) eine herausragende Rolle. In klinischen Studien wurden verschiedene Granulozytenparameter in Blut und nativem Sputum wie Oberflächenmoleküle, verschiedene reaktive Sauerstoffverbindungen, Chemotaxis, Degranulation und Apoptose untersucht. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf das eventuelle Vorliegen einer Myeloperoxidasedefizienz bei Sepsis gelegt. Bei der CF-Studie wurde ein entzündungshemmendes Medikament ( Amitriptylin ) getestet.

Abstract:

Neutrophil granulocytes play an important role for sepsis as well as for cystic fibrosis. In clinical trials different granulocyte parameters were investigated in blood and native sputum, like surface molecules, different reactive oxygen species, chemotaxis, degranulation and apoptosis. Attention was payed for eventually myeloperoxidase deficiency in sepsis. For the CF-study an anti-inflammatory treatment ( amitriptyline ) was tested.
