Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war die molekularbiologische, biologische und immunologische Untersuchung und Charakterisierung neuer Isolate des aviären Influenza Virus aus Bayern. Darüber hinaus sollte untersucht werden, ob es möglich ist, einen Reassortantvirus ausserhalb des Schweines als natürlichem *Mixing vessel* zu erhalten.

Abstract:

Characterization of new avian influenza A viruses. The study contained molecular, immunological and immunological properties and the question if its possible to create a new reassortant virus not in the pic as the normal mixing vessel.
