Neue Darstellungswege zu Hypothalamusregulationshormonen und Enkephalinen

Abstract

In dieser Arbeit wurde ausschliesslich mit säurelabilen N-alpha-Aminoschutzgruppen des Urethantyps gearbeitet. Es wurden unter anderem zwei neue Schutzgruppen auf ihre Eignung für die Peptidsynthese untersucht. Mittels Festphasen-Peptidsynthese wurden zwei unterschiedliche Peptide synthetisiert, und zwar handelt es sich dabei einmal um das Amid des Decapeptids LH-RH und das andere mal um das Amid des Pentapeptids Leucin-Enkephalin.

In this thesis were used urethan-N-alpha-amino-protecting groups. Two of them, the p-Bumeoc- and the Iso-Meoc-group, are new ones and were tested for their suitablility in peptide synthesis. By the method of Solid-Phase-Peptide-Synthesis two different peptides were prepared, the amide of the decapeptide LH-RH and the amide of the pentapeptide Leucin-encephaline.
