Abstract:
The center of this work is: How act welfare organizations as economic competitors in Germany? The epistemological interest of this work focuses on three phenomena: first, the general situation of welfare organizations in the competition, and secondly their classification in political science, and thirdly on the applicability and application of political strategy analysis by Raschke / Tils. While investigating the first two phenomena is done by studying the literature and previous research, the third one makes an own empirical survey necessary. For the empirical access conducted the author a single-case study based on the case: Diakonisches Werk Württemberg (, a diaconal welfare organization at the federal state level). The scientific perspective of this work is limited to Germany.
