Abstract:
NK-cells are very important with respect to haploident stem cell transplantation, because they can have an antileucaemic effect without causing GvHD. In this dissertation, NK-cells from healthy donors were incubated with different target cells. After that, the CD107a-assay was performed and the NK-Cells were characterized by means of FACS-analysis by different molecules on their cell surface. Therefore, different subpopulations with outstanding cytotoxic activity could be described. The findings can be important when searching for the best suitable donor for stem cell transplantation.
