Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Es wurden 149 Patienten (m: 29,5%; w: 70,5%; Durchschnittsalter 47,5 Jahre) untersucht, die unter antidepressiver Therapie (Monotherapie mit Amitriptylin, Doxepin, Maprotilin; zusätzlich Kombination mit Perazin oder Doxepin) eine oder mehrere Leukopeniephasen entwickelt hatten, jedoch vor Therapiebeginn keine Leukopenie aufgewiesen hatten. Die Stärke der Leukopeniephasen hängt vom arzneimitteltypischen Leukopenie-Risiko ab.

Abstract:

149 patients (male: 29,5%; female: 70,5%; mean age 47,5 Jahre) treated with antidepressive therapy (monotherapy with amitriptyline, doxepine, maprotiline; additionally treated in combination with perazine or doxepine) were investigated, because they developed one or more phases of leukopenia without having such an episode before therapy began. The strength of the leucopenia episode depended on the drug-related risk for leucopenia.
