Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Die Bestimmung des Augeninnendruckes ist eine der wichtigsten diagnostischen Methoden in der Augenheilkunde. Die Kenntnis des Augeninnendruckes ist bei vielen Augen- und insbesondere der Glaukomerkrankung von großer Bedeutung. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde ein neuartiges transpalpeprales Druckmessverfahren (TGDc-01 PRA) mit der klassischen Applanationstonometrie nach GOLDMANN an unterschiedlichen Patientengruppen untersucht.

Abstract:

Estimation of the intraocular pressure (IOP) is one of the most important diagnostic methods in ophthalmology. For many eye diseases and in particular for the glaucoma disease information about the present IOP is of great importance. In this study a new transpalpebral tonometer (TGDc-01 PRA) was compared with the wellknown GOLDMANN applanation tonometry in different patient groups.
