Das Personal in einer Bibliothek benötigt nicht nur Verwaltung, sondern auch Einarbeitung, Anleitung, Führung und anderes mehr. Es werden die Arten von Mitarbeitern/Mitarbeiterinnen, die Tätigkeiten und Anforderungen, das Vorgehen und die Umgangsweisen und das Personalmanagement im engeren Sinne behandelt.

Abstract:

Library staff needs not only management, but also training, instructions, guidance and other more. This sphere of activity of the library management is structured in catchwords. The manual deals with the types of employees, the activities and requirements, the interaction and the personnel management are treated in the narrower sense.
