Ein Intranet kann für die betriebliche Kommunikation und den internen Wissensaustausch eine hervorragende Rolle spielen. Dieser Text stellt eine praktische Anleitung für das Fachpersonal in One-Person Libraries (OPL) in Stichworten dar, wie ein solches Intranet strukturiert sein könnte (allgemeine Informationen, bibliotheksspezifische Informationen, Unterlagen und Hilfen für die Büroarbeit, rechtliche und Fachinformationen, Interaktionsmöglichkeiten) und wie man es plant und pflegt. Abstract:

An intranet is a tool for better communication and knowledge management in organisations. This manual gives advice to plan and give a structure to an intranet (general informations, specific informations about the library, tools for office work, juridical and scientific information, interactive options) for one-person librarians and how to maintain it.
