Schule als Kontrollinstanz : ein kriminalsoziologischer Bezugsrahmen

Abstract

Im Brennpunkt des kriminalsoziologischen Interesses an schulischer Devianz stehen derzeit Stigmatisierungsaspekte und -abläufe. Der folgende Beitrag soll eine umfassendere Problemsicht vorbereiten. Diese ergibt sich, wenn die Kontrollfunktion von Schule betont und die Analyse der institutionsspezifischen Normen, Definitionen und Sanktionen vorangetrieben wird.

In the current sociology of crime the relationship between school and deviance is usually limited to aspects and processes of stigmatization. A stronger emphasis on the social control functions of school and a corresponding analysis of its norms, definitions and sanctions yields a more comprehensive view of the problem.
