Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Die Ansätze der kritischen Kriminologie werden als Ergebnis konstruktiver Leistungen des kritisch kriminologischen Diskurses interpretiert. Die formale Struktur dieses Diskurses und einige Aspekte seiner konkreten historischen Entwicklung werden diskutiert.

Abstract:

Critical criminological concepts are treated as accomplishments of discursive practice. The formal structure of Contemporary critical criminological discourse and selected aspects of its history in Germany are discussed.
