Abstract

In der modernen Körper-Kontroll-Politik (M. Foucault) stellt der Körper keine physische Manifestation, sondern ein durchgreifend soziales Gebilde dar. Diese Theorie lässt sich durch die Handlungstheorie von E. Gojfman ergänzen, wonach das Regelwerk sozialer Ordnung immer in eine Situation der körperlichen Kopräsenz eingebunden ist. Kriminalität resultiert keineswegs nur aus einem Verlust der Selbstkontrolle, sondern auch aus deren professioneller Inszenierung.
