Inhaltszusammenfassung:

Diese Dissertation stellt retrospektiv den mehrjährigen Verlauf bei sieben Patienten mit MuSK-positiver Myasthenia gravis dar. Der Antikörpertiter korreliert dabei nicht mit dem klinischen Schweregrad. Nachweisbare, aber als negativ gewertete MuSK-Autoantikörpertiter in RIA und ELISA sind diagnostisch nicht verwertbar. Sie sind auch nicht mit anderen Autoimmunerkrankungen assoziiert.
