Burial Type: primary flexed left

Description: The infra-cranial skeleton was found in anatomical connection and lay on its left side with the feet directed to the southeast. The upper legs were flexed, the lower legs were tightly flexed, and the left arm was raised towards the head. Remarkable was the position of the skull and the right arm: they were disarticulated. The skull had been turned so that it was standing on its base facing northwest. The long bones of the right arm were placed at the left side of the skull. These findings suggest that the grave was uncovered after the body had been decayed and that the head and the right arm were removed from their original position. The teeth show heavy dental wear. Except for the left shoulder all skeletal elements were completely represented; the preservation is fragmentary. The distal shaft of the left ulna displays a well healed so-called parry fracture (associated with parrying a blow with the forearm). Body Height Estimation: 164,00 (Trotter & Gleser 1952).
