In dieser Arbeit wurde der Schwerpunkt auf die bildliche Darstellung der Wechselwirkung zwischen DCs und Y. enterocolitica gelegt. Verschiedene Mausstämme wurden mit Y. enterocolitica infiziert und zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten der Infektion Cryoschnitte der Milz angefertigt. Yersinien, DCs und Zellkerne wurden mittels Fluoreszenzfärbung markiert und die Milzschnitte mit dem Mikroskop nach Abszessbildung, Verteilung der DCs und ihrer Interaktionen mit Yersinien beurteilt.
In this thesis the focus is on the visual study of the interaction between DCs and Y. enterocolitica. Different mouse strains were infected with Y. enterocolitica and cryosections of the spleen were produced at different times of infection. Yersinia, DCs and cell nuclei were labeled by fluorescent staining and the spleen sections were analyzed with the microscope evaluating abscess formation, distribution of DCs and their interactions with Yersinia.
